As technique is gaining traction country, this study aims to compare quality of life following compared with conventional CABG one actively Methods: A retrospective cohort was performed involving 30 post patients which consists 15 and from January 2015 May 2018. 21 post-MIDCABG were included selected, based on EuroSCORE II less than 5. Modified Post-Operative Quality Recovery Scale used assess respective approaches. Data analyzed using SPSS version software comparison mean rank p 0.05. AIM Recently minimally invasive direct coronary artery bypass grafting (MIDCAB) has become an interesting alternative to conventional coronary artery bypass grafting, especially in patients with a high-grade left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD) stenosis unsuitable for balloon angioplasty. Redo coronary artery bypass grafting due to graft failure and the progression of new lesions has been increasing in frequency recently. We are often forced to revascularize only the left anterior descending artery (LAD) in very elderly patients with a high risk to median sternotomy. We performed reoperative minimally invasive direct coronary artery bypass grafting (MIDCABG) in seven patients. T...
